Shipping policy

Diana the Jeweler offers shipping within US, a local delivery service or pick up at the office by appointment only. All in stock items are eligible for a 2 day shipping service. Please, allow 2 business days for your order to be processed. Your DTJ order is always insured to protect your items and requires an adult signature at the time of delivery. In the event of a return or exchange, shipping fees will not be refunded. DTJ is not responsible for shipping delays.
