Refund policy

Diana the Jeweler offers an exchange or store credit policy within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Items approved for return must be received in brand new and unworn condition with its original certificates and packaging. Returns are processed for exchange or store credit only, no refunds. Items showing signs of wear, sizing alterations or damage in any way will not be accepted. DTJ does not offer returns on “change of mind” purchases. All custom pieces, special orders, personalized or engraved items are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned. No exceptions. Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable. Diana the Jeweler reserves the right to refuse an exchange or store credit of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.
